Our auger bored mini piling expertise includes:

We use compact piling equipment and drilling systems that have been specifically developed with difficult operational conditions in mind.

Pile diameters generally vary from 150mm to 450mm, dependent on load and we can drill to a depth of 20m. Construction of piles is effected by the use of a traditional tripod rig, hydraulic base unit depending on access and ground conditions.

Typical mini piling applications are housing, industrial structures, new foundations for extensions, upgrading of existing floor slabs and slope stabilisation. Small diameter cast in-situ piles can be constructed in most ground conditions. Depending on the state of the soil, they carry their loads either by friction or end bearing – or a combination of both.
